READY Lineups (“the App”) is a fair-play fielding rotation and lineup tool for youth baseball and softball coaches. This policy explains what information the App collects, how it’s used, and how you can control it.

Who Uses This App

READY Lineups is intended for use by coaches, team managers, and other adults organizing youth sports teams. It is not directed at children, and children are not expected to create accounts or interact with the App directly. Any information about players (such as a player’s first name) is entered by the coach as part of ordinary team administration — the same kind of information a coach would otherwise keep on a paper roster or a spreadsheet.

Information We Collect

When you create an account and use the App, we collect:

• Account information: the email address and password you use to sign up and log in.
• Team and roster information you enter: team names, season labels, player first names, and position eligibility or lockout settings you choose for each player.
• Game and lineup data you generate or confirm: fielding rotations, batting orders, dates, opponent names, and innings-played tallies for games you log.
• Subscription status: whether your account holds an active subscription, and the identifiers needed to keep that status in sync across your devices.

We do not knowingly collect any information directly from children. We do not collect player birthdates, contact information, photos, or any information about players beyond what a coach chooses to enter for lineup and fair-play tracking purposes.

How We Use This Information

Information you provide is used only to operate the App for you, specifically to:

• Save your team roster, settings, and season history so it’s available across your devices
• Generate fair fielding rotations and batting orders
• Show you season-long fairness tracking (innings played, bench time, position balance)
• Let you sign in securely and recover access to your account
• Unlock subscriber features on the accounts entitled to them

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Payments and Subscriptions

Subscriptions are purchased and billed through the Apple App Store. We never see or store your payment card details — Apple handles the transaction and shares only whether a subscription is active. We use RevenueCat to receive and manage that subscription status on our behalf. You can view, change, or cancel a subscription at any time in your device’s App Store account settings.

Where Your Data Is Stored

The App uses the following third-party services to operate:

• Supabase — hosts our database and handles account authentication
• Netlify — hosts the App itself
• Resend — delivers account verification emails
• RevenueCat — manages subscription status
• Apple — processes subscription payments

Each of these providers processes data only as necessary to provide their respective service to us, under their own privacy and security practices.

Data Security

Passwords are never stored in plain text — authentication is handled by Supabase’s secure authentication system. Your team data is protected by database-level access rules ensuring that only your account can read or modify your own teams, rosters, and game logs.

Your Choices

• You can edit or delete any player, team, or logged game at any time within the App.
• You can request deletion of your entire account and all associated data by contacting us below.

Children’s Privacy

READY Lineups does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Player names entered by coaches are administrative team information provided by an adult user, not information collected from a child. We do not collect any other information about players — no contact details, location, images, or identifiers — and no player-facing account or login exists in the App.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above.
